Campaign to restock the LRC

It's no secret that the LRC stocks a lot of books for use by all students both in and out of school. However, the LRC regularly needs to replace its stock due to wear of the books and also to keep up with recent items, which may be of interest to or educational development of the students. 

The cost of this is challenging, so we approached the LRC in 2025 to see if the RSPA could help source some books for free. 

Thanks to the generosity of our parent and carer community we manage to secure the donations of hundreds of books, all from a list supplied by the LRC. 

In addition, the RSPA donated a further £100 of new books, being those on the "most wanted" list, according to student's reading habits. 

If you have any unwanted paperback books which you believe to be suitable for donation to the LRC, please do reach out to them to ask.

Previous titles include... The "Cherub" Series by Robert Muchamore, The "Percy Jackson" Series/"Heroes of Olympus" Series by Rick Riordan, The "Murder most Unladylike" Series by Robin Stevens, "The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes", (or the "Young Sherlock Holmes" series by Andy Lane), or any novels by Agatha Christie or M.G.Leonard.
